Ordering & Payments

 

Q: How do I place an order?
A: You can order directly through our Book Now page, where you can either purchase instantly or submit a custom order request via our Order Request Form.


Q: Do you require full payment upfront?
A: Yes. All charcuterie board orders must be paid in full at checkout. Grazing tables require a 25% deposit at the time of 

booking, with the remaining balance due 72 hours before your event.


Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept PayPal, credit/debit cards, and invoice payments for larger events.


Delivery & Pickup

 

Q: Do you offer delivery?
A: Yes, we provide delivery within our approved service area. Delivery fees apply based on your location.


Q: Can I pick up my order instead?
A: Yes! Pickup is available at a scheduled time. We will send you the pickup location in your confirmation email.


Q: What happens if I miss my delivery?
A: If you are unavailable during your scheduled delivery window, we are not responsible for food left unattended. No refunds will be given.


Cancellations, Refunds & Modifications

 

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: All sales are final. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once an order is placed.


Q: Can I modify my order after placing it?
A: Order modifications are accepted up to 72 hours before your event date and are subject to availability.


Food Safety & Allergies

 

Q: Are your products nut-free or allergy-friendly?
A: While we take precautions, our products may come into contact with nuts, dairy, gluten, soy, and other allergens. We are not liable for food allergies.


Q: Do I need to refrigerate my charcuterie board?
A: Our boards are meant to be consumed within 2-3 hours of delivery/pickup. If you need to store them longer, refrigeration is required.


 Q: How long do grazing tables stay fresh?
A: Grazing tables are meant to be consumed immediately and should be enjoyed within 2-3 hours of setup. If your event is outdoors, please ensure proper shade and cooling to maintain freshness.

 Q: Are your products inspected by health authorities?
A: No. Under Texas Cottage Food Law, our products are homemade and not inspected by the Department of State Health Services or local health departments.
