A: Yes. All charcuterie board orders must be paid in full at checkout. Grazing tables require a 25% deposit at the time of
booking, with the remaining balance due 72 hours before your event.

A: We accept PayPal, credit/debit cards, and invoice payments for larger events.
Q: Do you offer delivery?
A: Yes, we provide delivery within our approved service area. Delivery fees apply based on your location.
Q: Can I pick up my order instead?
A: Yes! Pickup is available at a scheduled time. We will send you the pickup location in your confirmation email.

A: If you are unavailable during your scheduled delivery window, we are not responsible for food left unattended. No refunds will be given.

A: Our boards are meant to be consumed within 2-3 hours of delivery/pickup. If you need to store them longer, refrigeration is required.

A: Grazing tables are meant to be consumed immediately and should be enjoyed within 2-3 hours of setup. If your event is outdoors, please ensure proper shade and cooling to maintain freshness.
Q: Are your products inspected by health authorities?
A: No. Under Texas Cottage Food Law, our products are homemade and not inspected by the Department of State Health Services or local health departments.
